“Wow! Great location and space! The gym is huge and had plenty of space for everyone to workout safely. The coaching was great, and the gym members were super friendly and welcoming. Just everything you would want in a gym. We came from out of town, and so we were just dropping in, but it felt like we’ve been working out here forever. If you are dropping in or looking for a new gym to go to this is he#1 place I would choose to be go to.“

“CrossFit MOB is the best!! The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and they excel at helping each member improve technique and in tailoring the workout to each individual’s ability. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming whether it’s your first day or your tenth year. The gym has also done a great job adapting to COVID rules; there is plenty of space for social distancing and enough equipment for everyone to have their own and keep things clean between classes. Would highly recommend MOB to anyone interested in CrossFit!“

The coaches are helpful, the facility has a lot of equipment and space since their move, and they provide nutrition services/coaching on top of training.
