What is CrossFit Mob?
CrossFit Mob is a coached CrossFit gym in Thornton, Colorado. We offer group CrossFit classes, personal training, weightlifting, and nutrition coaching for all fitness levels in a fun, supportive, family environment. Our coaches meet you where you are and build a plan to get you where you want to be.
Where is CrossFit Mob located?
We are located at 12351 Grant Street, Thornton, CO 80241. Call us to book a free consultation or to ask about dropping in.
I've never done CrossFit. Can a beginner start here?
Yes. Most of our members started as beginners. Every movement is coached and scaled to your ability, so you train at the right level from day one. We start with a free consultation, then build the fundamentals and sound habits before progressing. You do not need any prior CrossFit experience.
Do I need to be in shape before I start?
No. You get in shape by starting, not before. Our coaches scale every workout to your current fitness, whether you are returning after years off or training for the first time. The community is here to motivate and support you, not judge you.
What programs and classes do you offer?
We offer group CrossFit classes, one-on-one personal training, dedicated weightlifting, and nutrition coaching. Together these cover strength, conditioning, skill work, and the fuel and recovery habits that make your training stick.
How much does CrossFit Mob cost?
We offer several membership options across group classes, personal training, and nutrition coaching so you can choose what fits your goals and budget. Pricing is shared at sign-up. The best way to start is with a free consultation, where a coach helps you pick the right plan.
Can I drop in if I'm traveling through?
Yes. Visiting athletes are welcome to drop in for a coached WOD. Reserve your spot ahead of time through our Drop-In page so we can have a coach ready for you.
Do you offer personal training?
Yes. One-on-one personal training is available for members who want individualized programming, extra coaching on technique, or a schedule that works around group class times.
Do you offer nutrition coaching?
Yes. Our nutrition coaching helps you fuel your training and recovery with sustainable habits, not crash diets or calorie obsession. It pairs with your training to help you see results faster.
What are your hours?
We are open Monday through Thursday from 5:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Friday from 5:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Saturday from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM. We are closed Sunday. Class times are listed on our Schedule page.
How do I get started?
Book a free consultation through our website. You'll talk with a coach about where you are and where you want to be, set a plan, and then start with the fundamentals. From there, stay consistent and keep making progress.
